Find Your NeighborhoodWe have associate agents everywhere. Use this link to zoom in on any neighborhood in Florida. Once you have located a neighborhood that meets your personal needs, we will produce a personal website that will focus on all sales activity in that neighborhood until it's time for you to make a decision, and then we will connect you to our buyer's agent in that neighborhood.

What do you charge to list our home for sale? The simple answer is 2% of the sale price for the listing broker and 2% of the sale price for a buyer's agent, unless the buyer agrees to pay their own agent.
When you are ready to put your home on the market we will get it actively promoted for 2% of the sale price. The buyer MAY request a fee from you but that will be entirely in your discretion, and will depend on the actual offer.
