We will list your property NOW for 2% of the final sale price, and any Realtor representing a buyer, will be expected to obtain a signed compensation agreement from the buyer(s).

If you are NOT ready to sell your Single family home, Villa or Townhome,  we will list the property on the MLS and feature the home on our websites and social networking sites.

Our fee is 100% of the 1st month rent and $300 for renewal leases. An additional monetary fee may be negotiated IF a co-operating Broker introduces an acceptable tenant who executes a lease.
